2022 (Senior): Earned second-team All-South Atlantic Conference honors. Appeared in all 17 games, making 13 starts. She scored three goals and tied for the team lead with five assists. Henry led the Eagles with 44 shots and 24 shots on goal, both career highs in season. Her .545 shot on goal percentage was the highest in her career.
2021 (Junior) (Fall): Collected third-team All-South Atlantic Conference honors. Started in 15 matches with 13 appearances in the starting XI for C-N. Collected four goals, including a pair of penalty kicks, to hold the third-most goals on the team. With her game-winning penalty kick against Wingate, Henry became the first Eagle to net a penalty kick since Magda Mosengo completed the action against Catawba in November of 2018. Finished with 40 shots, third most on the team, along with 16 shots on goal which was also third most for an Eagle. Added two assists to total her points to 10.
2021 (Sophomore) (Spring): Collected first-team All-South Atlantic Conference honors. Started and played in all seven games for C-N. Collected a brace to secure her two 2021 goals against Tusculum on March 22. Added assist to total her points to five. She was second on the team behind Futrell with 18 shot attempts while seven of her attempts find the frame to place her third on the squad.
2019 (Freshman): Earned All-South Atlantic Conference Honorable Mention honors in her freshman season. She started in all but one of her 17 match appearances. Scored a single goal on the season with three assists for five points. Sent the fourth-most shots out for C-N on the season with 30, 14 of those landing on frame.
High School: Helped her team to an appearance in the state title game while leading her team in goals and assists her senior season. Was named to the Tennessee Division-II All-State team her junior and season seasons, as well as being named an all-district and region player all four years of high school.

HICKORY, N.C. – In the third meeting of the season between the two sides, #6 Lenoir-Rhyne (16-0-3) used a scoring surge in the second half to take down Carson-Newman (8-8-3) in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, 4-1.
