2012: The Eagles' leading tackler for his junior season with 89 stops.  Started the first seven games of the year at Mike linebacker before switching over to Sam for the rest of the season.  Also had 6.5 tackles for loss - third best on the team.  Recovered a pair of fumbles, returning them 65 yards.  Set a new career high for tackles with 12 in a road loss to Newberry (9/22).  Topped nine tackles on five occasions.  Had nine against Wingate (9/27), 11 versus Brevard (10/27), 10 against Tusculum (11/3) and 10 in the playoff clinching win against Mars Hill (11/10).  Closed the regular season with 31 tackles in the final three games.  Made a career high three tackles for loss against the Wolves.  Six of his seven TFL were solo stops.  Both of his fumble recoveries came against Lenoir-Rhyne (9/15) in the regular season.  Returned one fumble 65 yards to the Bears' 13 to set up a score and the other stopped an L-R drive deep in Eagle territory. 

2011: Played in all 11 games, recording 28 tackles, half a tackle for a loss and one quarterback hurry… Had a season-high six tackles and one quarterback hurry against Tusculum (11/05).

2010: Started two games as a true freshman at linebacker for the Eagles…Had 33 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss on the season…Had a season high seven tackles in the opener against Winona State (8/28)…Also had six stops in Eagles’ 35-17 win at Brevard (10/2)...Had multiple tackles in eight games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Named Sumner County Player of the Year, District 9-5A MVP, Defensive MVP and Most Dedicated in the Weight Room…Also earned All-Region honors…Recorded 126 tackles…Also rushed for 798 yards and seven touchdowns and caught 16 passes for 316 yards and six scores…Helped lead Beech to district titles in 2008 and 2009 and the Class 5A state title in 2009.
