2025 First Team All-American
2025 SAC Male Outdoor Field Freshman of the Year
2025: Indoor - Began his collegiate career by breaking the Carson-Newman school record for shot put at the VMI Invitational, achieving a distance of 15.37m for a fourth-place finish in the event. Continued to improve with a PR 9.56m weight throw. Closed the year with a silver medal at the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the shot put with a distance of 16.10m, breaking the school record he set earlier in the year.
Outdoor - Put together a stellar outdoor season with a dominant discus season. Started the year winning his first two discus events at the Lee University Invitational and the University Invitational. At King, he also set the Carson-Newman program record with a 54.69m discus throw. Competed and won gold in the discus throw at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a 53.16m throw, also finished with silver in shot put with a 16.12m throw, another school record. At the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships, he finished in eighth in discus with a 54.37m throw.
HIGH SCHOOL: Williams was an all-state linebacker and all-region selection. He also placed second in 6A at the track and field championships for shot and third for discus. He helped Rockvale win back-to-back sectional titles and make its first-ever appearance in the 6A state playoffs.
PERSONAL: Plays for Carson-Newman football. The son of Doyin Alalade and Femi Williams. He was a member of the honor roll in high school. His brother plays soccer for Tennessee Tech.
