Bio

2025: Indoor - Set a new PR in the mile at the JDL College Team Challenge, clocking a 4:53.28. Also ran a 10:04.51 in the 3000m at the Liberty Open for a PR.

Outdoor - Started the spring season with a pair of PRs in the Lee University Invitational in the 800m, 2:10.68, and the 1500m, 4:29.80. Ran in the Tennessee Invite and Maryville Scots Invitational to close out the spring.  

2024: Indoor - Personal bests in the 3000-meter and the mile in back-to-back events. Set PB of 10:48.16 in the 3000m at the Bast-Cregger Multi Invitational and a PB of 5:10.06 in the mile at the Finn Pincus Invitational.

Outdoor - Did not compete in outdoor events. 

High School: Coached by Kaitlyn Carringer-Adams as a Black Knight at Robbinsville High School. Cable set four school records during his high school career in the 4x800, 1600, 3200, and 1000-meter events during the indoor season and was named All-Conference in the 1600 and 3200 in 2022. Cable was also involved in FCA, Student Council, Knightmares, and Beta Club.

Personal: Also competes in Cross Country for Carson-Newman. Son of Patsy Cable and Edward Cable. He intends to major in Sports Management at Carson-Newman.
