2025: Indoor - Ran her first collegiate 3000m and mile events at the Finn Pincus Invitational, where she placed fourth and 15th, respectively. Finished 2nd in the JDL College Team Challenge in the 3000m with a time of 10:51.43. In the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, she notched a PR in the 3000m at a 10:43.79 clip. 

Outdoor - Set a personal best in the 5000m in the Fast Break Invitational at Lee University with a time of 18:38.75. She also set a PR with a 5:27.78 mile at the App State Open. At the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, she placed 26th with a 19:43.79 in the 5000m. 

2024: Indoor - Earned back-to-back second-place finishes in the 5000 meters at the Finn Pincus Invitational and the VMI Invitational. Set PR in the 5000m at the VMI Winter Classic with a time of 18:45.20. 

Outdoor - She had her best time of the season at the Lee University Invitational, finishing the 5000m in 18:46.23.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Following a quaint and restful Easter weekend where six athletes competed at two events, Carson-Newman returns to full force with a pair of events in the Volunteer State. Athletes will either head to the UT Invite in Knoxville or the Scots Invitational, hosted by Maryville College.

LEXINGTON, Va. –  It has been a tough indoor season to settle into, with long breaks and schedule adjustments, but Carson-Newman has weathered the storm. At the VMI Winter Relays, normalcy returned, and the Eagles set personal records and season bests throughout the weekend.
