Bio
2025: Indoor - Set a new PR in the mile at back-to-back events, the Finn Pincus Invitational where she placed 21st, and the VMI Invitational where her current PR was set at 5:45.54.
Outdoor - Started the year at the Tennessee Invite and ran a 5:20.22 1500m. Set a PR in the 800m at the Lee University - Fast Break Athletics Invitational, running a 2:31.61. Continued improving with her fastest mile in her career, 5:37.61, to finish 17th at the App State Open. Johnson closed her year out at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing 20th in the 1500m after setting a PR at 5:11.59.
2024: Indoor - Competed in two meets in the 800m and mile. Set 800m PR at the Finn Pincus Invitational with a time of 2:52.16.
Outdoor - Johnson began her outdoor career, setting her current 1500m PR at the Lee Invitational, finishing in a time of 6:08.10. Competed in the 800m at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
NOTES: Also competes for Carson-Newman Cross Country.
HIGH SCHOOL: Coached by Coach Kidd and Coach Hardison as a Highlander at Gatlinburg Pittman. Johnson is a two-time state champion and competed in volleyball, basketball, and softball during high school.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Sabrina Johnson and Robert Johnson. She intends to major in Criminology at Carson-Newman.
