Jefferson City, Tenn. - Men's soccer's Ross Frame and softball's Kelli Hensley were named male and female athlete of the year, respectively, at the inaugural Frosty Awards Tuesday evening in Gentry Auditorium.
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - Carson-Newman's athletic department will play host to the inaugural Frosty Awards Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Gentry Auditorium on C-N's campus. The awards will highlight the best of the best from Carson-Newman's 18 varsity teams over the course of the 2013-14 academic year.

MARYVILLE, Tenn. – Both Carson-Newman’s men’s and women’s cross country teams had four top 20 finishers as both teams took third place overall at the Maryville Invitational Saturday morning.
MORRISTOWN, Tenn. – Carson-Newman’s men’s and women’s cross country teams both topped Maryville in a dual meet Saturday morning at Panther Creek Park.
WINGATE, N.C. – Both Carson-Newman’s men and women’s cross country teams finished in sixth place at Wingate’s Bulldog Stampede Saturday morning.
MONTREAT, N.C. – Carson-Newman’s top finishers on both the men’s and women’s side at the Hyder-McMahill College Invitational were both freshman. Joshua Marsh paced the men’s cross country team with a time of 29:11.71 while Sara Honaker turned in a 21:14.23.
ROCK HILL, S.C. – Carson-Newman’s women’s cross country team has been picked eighth by South Atlantic Conference coaches’ in the league’s preseason poll, the conference office announced Thursday.
