High School: Played two years of baseball at Marvin Ridge High School in Waxhaw, North Carolina, and one year of baseball The Salisbury School in Salisbury, Connecticut…Named All-Southern Carolina Conference First Team, Union County Pitcher of the Year, All-Union County First Team, and All-North Carolina Powerade State Games Region 6 as a junior in 2018…Also was the Union County Cy Young Award winner in 2018…Went 7-1 with a 1.60 ERA and 47 strikeouts in 2018…Named Western New England Prep Baseball Pitcher of the Year in 2019… Went 6-2 with a .942 ERA, 1 save, and 56 strikeouts in 2019… Helped Marvin Ridge to the North Carolina State Semifinals in 2017…Led the team in wins, strikeouts, and ERA in 2018 and helped them to a third round state playoff appearance…Led Salisbury in wins and ERA as the team made a Western New England Prep Baseball League Championship appearance

Personal: Has one brother and one sister…Father, David, played hockey at Geneseo from 1996 to 2000…Mother, Malea, was a cheerleader at Hartwick in 1997…Hobbies include reading and playing all sports…Names Lebron James and Derek Jeter as his favorite athletes…Also recruited by Fairleigh Dickinson, Central Connecticut State, UNC Greensboro, and Presbyterian…Participated in the Strike Out Hunger Campaign, collecting more than 1,000 pounds of food for Waxhaw’s Ray of Hope Pantry…Served as a Sandbox Youth Mentor to a child with a life-altering illness… Aspires to pursue a career as a trainer…Health science major.
