Bio
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Grace Christian Academy in Knoxville, Tenn., where he was coached by Randy McKamey. Played football, basketball, baseball and wrestled for Grace Christian. Team captain during his junior and senior seasons. Three-time All-Region selection from 2009-11. Named to the 2011 All-State Team, and was the 2011 Regional Defensive Most Valuable Player.
PERSONAL: Son of Alice Taylor. Plans to major in Sports Science at Carson-Newman. Cousin Michael Codwell played football at MTSU and in the NFL for the Miami Dolphins.
