2015: A Don Hansen All-Region selection, Taylor tallied 648 yards on the ground and six touchdowns.  He averaged 62.2 yards per game.  Taylor crested the 100-yard mark three times with 113 yards and a pair of scores at Mars Hill (9/26), 145 yards on 21 carries at Wingate (10/24), and 109 yards and a touchdown in the first round of the NCAA playoffs at Valdosta State (11/21).  The two TDs he scored at Mars Hill were his only multi-rushing touchdown performance of the year.  He also caught three passes for 22 yards. He ranked second on the team in rushing.

PRIOR TO CARSON-NEWMAN (CLARK ATLANTA): Named the SIAC's Freshman of the Year in 2013.  He led the Panthers in rushing yards in his freshman and sophomore seasons and had a four touchdown day as a sophomore against College of Faith. All-SIAC pick and preseason selection Montavious Taylor saddled majority of the offense leading CAU in rushing as a freshman with 726 yards (4.4 avg). He scored nine touchdowns, including seven on the ground, leading the Panthers with 54 points to garner SIAC Freshman of the Year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Had 1,765 rushing yards in his senior year of high school.  Was a team captain and team MVP.

PERSONAL: A scholar athlete at Clark Atlanta, he maintained a 3.0 GPA in his time there.  The son of Tracy Young.
