2019: Saulsberry appeared in 11 games for Carson-Newman, rushing for 137 yards on 32 carries.  His most productive effort came at home against Newberry (10/26) when he had nine carries for 55 yards and a season long run of 15 yards.  

2018:  Appeared in seven games for the Eagles as a running back.  Saulsberry led all rushers with an 8.4 yard per carry average.  He finished the year with 252 yards rushing on 30 carries.  He scored four touchdowns and aveaged 36.0 yards per game.  His most productive game came in the finale against UNC Pembroke (11/10) when he plowed his way for 86 yards on four carries with a score.  He found the end zone twice against Virginia-Lynchburg (10/20) as a part of a seven-carry, 51-yard day, his only rushing performance with at least 50 yards.  He reset his career-long run against UNC Pembroke with a 75-yard jaunt for a score. 

2017: Stepped into a prominent roll in the running game for the Eagles in 2017 after injuries to opening-day starters Antonio Wimbus and Marcus Williams. The man affectionately known as Steak Sauce finished the year fourth on the team in rushing with 294 yards on 56 carries.  He found the endzone twice.  Saulsberry's coming out party came against Catawba in week five when he tallied a career-high 86 yards on 17 carries.  He also found the end zone onf a career-long 39-yard run.  Saulsberry scored his other touchdown the week prior against Newberry. He averaged 29.4 yards per game on the ground.  

2016: Saw spot duty at running back across eight games for C-N.  He carried the ball five times for 24 yards and had a touchdown run.  The score came against Brevard (10/8). He registered carries against the Tornados, Mars hill (9/24) and Saint Augustine's (9/10). 

2015: Did not appear in any games.

High School: Second-team All-Region for the Wildcats... Also played baseball... Coached by Welton Coffey.
