2021: Peebles earns All-SAC honors for a second time in his career.  He finished second on the team with 78 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks.  He had a trio of quarterback hurries and a pass break up as well, to go with a fumble recovery against Limestone.  He topped out with double-digit tackles twice – tallying 12 against Wingate on Sept. 18 and 11 against Catawba on Oct. 9.  He had a career-high 10 solo stops against the Indians.

2020: Peebles tallied eight tackles with two tackles for loss and a pass break up in the Eagles' spring game against UVA Wise.  Four of his stops were solo tackles. 

2019: Peebles is Carson-Newman's first All-American linebacker since Jaycob Coleman garnred the honor in 2013. Peebles earned a pair of SAC Defensive Player of the Week awards this year.  He was Carson-Newman's leading tackler with 93 stops.  Peebles also had 18.0 tackles for loss and 9.0 sacks.  He tallied a game-changing interception against Limestone.  Peebles was named national player of the week following his 12-tackle, 3.5-tackle for loss, 1.5-sack performance on opening night against West Florida.  The 12 tackles are one of four double-digit tackle efforts on the year.  He had 11 stops against Catawba, Newberry and Limestone. Peebles tied Temoris Coats for the third most TFL in a single season in program history with 18.  His nine sacks are the most by a Carson-Newman linebacker in a single season.

2018: Reserve linebacker who appeared in all 11 games for Carson-Newman.  Peebles produced nine tackles, had 1.5 tackles for loss and recovered a fumble.  Peebles best effort came against Virginia-Lynchburg with three stops, a half tackle for loss and a fumble recovery.  

2017: Appeared in eight games, made a tackle against Pikeville and UNC Pembroke. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Peebles comes to Carson-Newman after playing for Bryson Rossser at Knoxville Central High School.  He finished his senior season with 90 stops, 11 picks, four sacks and nine touchdowns. He chooses Carson-Newman over Tennessee Tech, the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, UT-Martin, Middle Tennessee State and East Tennessee State University. 

PERSONAL: The son of Tateanna Lanxter, he plans to study sports medicine at Carson-Newman.
