HIGH SCHOOL: A 2023 all-region selection, Burton tallied 78 tackles, five tackles for loss and two sacks in his senior season. He helped Independence to three TSSAA Class 6A state playoff appearances.
PERSONAL: The son of Josh and Kelly Burston, he plans to study business at Carson-Newman. His father played soccer at the University of Southern Indiana.
