HIGH SCHOOL: Hampton tallied 3,053 rushing yards in his high school career for Scott Basden at Muscle Shoals High School. He had 44 career rushing touchdowns in his career. He helped the Trojans to back-to-back 6A region championships, earning all-region honors both his junior and senior years.
PERSONAL: The son of Naquita Hampton, he plans to study with a career in engineering.
