Bio
HIGH SCHOOL: Westmoreland accounted for 615 all-purpose yards and 410 receiving yards for Strati Young at Rossview High School. He was an all-region selection and helped Rossview to five straight shutouts as a senior.
PERSONAL: The son of Jayme Simmons and Ronnie Westmoreland, he plans to study business at Carson-Newman. He was a member of the A/B Honor Roll at Rossview.
