2019-2020: Andoljsek started his junior campaign at the Blue vs. Orange Champiobships which saw him win the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyles. At the King Invitational, Andoljsek won the 50-yard freestyle. On the first day of the UT Invitational, Andoljsek set a personal-best time in the 50-yard freestyle in 20.18. On day two of the UT Invitational, Andoljsek teamed up with Andrei Ungur, Ryland Darling and Ivo Kunzle to finish the 200-yard medley relay in 1:29.28, a program record that surpassed times set by squads from Georgia and the University of Virginia, the seventh-ranked Division I program in the country. On the final day in Knoxville, Andoljsek secured a lifetime best in the 100-yard freestyle at 44.96 which was the second-fastest time in school history. At the BMC Championships, Andoljsek finished fifth in the 50-yard freestyle, earning an All-Conference nod. On the second day of the conference championships, Andoljsek finished third in the 10-yard butterfly 'B' final. Andoljsek would earn another All-Conference award after he took fifth in the 100-yard freestyle's 'A' race.
2018-2019: Won the 200 freestyle relay with Jonny Goss, Seth Hughes and Ivo Kunzle vs. Wingate... finished in the top-5 in the 400-yard medley relay with Hughes, Andrei Roman and Kunzle at the Emory Invitational... The men's 200 freestyle relay group of Jonny Goss, Andrei Ungur, Seth Hughes, and Chad Andoljsek also post a ninth-place finish with a new season-best time of 1:21.57 at the UT Invitational, also set another record-breaking time for the program in the 400 medley relat with Andrei Ungur, Caleb Howell and Matt George. Also grabbed 12th place in the 400-yard freestyle relay...Seth Hughes, Roman Andrei, Ivo Kunzle, and Chad Andoljsek grabbed an NCAA provisional qualifier with the time of 1:28.39 in the 200 medley relay at the BMC Championships which also marks a season best and a new program record. Earned the runner-up and All-BMC honor in the 400 free relay with a time of 2:58.92... on the men's side, a 12thplace finish at 1:21.28 earned the four Eagles Honorable Mention All-Americans.
