2020-2021: Clemmer set new two new top-five program times, one in the men's 200-yard breaststroke and one in the men's 400-yard individual medley. Won the men's 100-yard breaststroke (59.60), 200-yard breaststroke (2:09.18) while coming in third for the men's 200-yard individual medley (1:59.12) in the season opener versus Milligan. Won the men's 200-yard breaststroke in 2:06.27 against Wingate. Gathered wins in both the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke against Mars Hill. Finished seventh at the 2021 Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships in the men's 200-yard breaststroke in a time of 2:03.49.
2019-2020: On the final day of the UT Invitational, Clemmer posted a lifetime best in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:03.06, the fifth-best all-time. At day two prelims of the BMC Championships, Clemmer placed 14th in the 200-yard individual medley at 4:06.71, placing him inside the top-16, good enough for a spot in the 'B' final. He would go on to finish eighth in the 'B' final. Clemmer finished fourth in the 100-yard breaststroke on day three of conference championships. Clemmer won an All-Conference award with his fifth-place finish in the 'A' final of the 200-yard breaststroke on the final day of conference championships.
2018-2019: Earned his first All-BMC honor of the week in the 400-yard IM event with a sixth-place time at 4:03.59 at the BMC Conference Championships which was almost two seconds faster than his morning swim. Clemmer's time is now fourth in program history. Then earned his second individual All-league time at the BMC Championships after rounding out the top-six needed for the honor in the 200 breast...
