Bio

2023-2024: Balint competed in the Eagles match against Berry College with a 3rd place finish in the 50-Yard freestyle (23.52) and took 6th in the 200-yard IM (2:06.98). 

2022-2023: Balint competed in the Emory Invitational in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:02.91) and 200-yard IM (1:59.07). 

2021-2022: Balint placed 7th (2:00.87) in the 200-yard IM at King Ealry Season Invite. Placed 3rd against Lees-McRae in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:03.11. Balint took 5th at the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Championships in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 51.41. 

High School: Balint was a dual-sport athlete for the Dragons. Finished top 20 at State for the 200 IM (1:53.77) and 100 butterfly (50.72). Part of the Dragons swimming program which has won State nine times in a row. Named second-team all-region for waterpolo. 

Personal: Son of Robin and Dan Balint. Intends to major in business at Carson-Newman.
