2016-17 (Sophomore): Named second-team All-Southeast Region by the D2CCA to be the 11th player in the history of the program to earn an all-region, all-district or All-American honor and the first since Zoriah Williams was a second-team all-region honoree and third-team All-American in 2012…Selected to the top team for All-SAC honors in her first season with C-N becoming the first C-N player to be on the first group since Williams earned a spot in 2011-12…Ended the year ranked 14th in the nation in field goals made with 224 while finishing the season second in the SAC in points per game (18.6), first in free-throw percentage (84.2), sixth in field-goal percentage (48.6) and seventh in shot blocks with 29…Named SAC Player of the Week on Jan. 23, 2017 after averaging 26 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and 1.5 blocks per game in victories over Anderson (S.C.) and Newberry…Scored in double figures in 17 straight games from the second game of the season until Jan. 25, 2017 when she had eight points at LMU matching the longest streak by a Lady Eagle over the last 15 years with Zoriah Williams during the 2011-12 campaign…recorded 14 games with at least 20 points marking the most in a single season by a C-N player over the last 15 years. Andrea Fitzgerald and Monica Ashburn registered nine games with 20 or more points during the 2002-03 season…Tallied 31 points on 14-for-23 shooting at Mars Hill on New Year’s Eve 2016 in a 90-52 win to become the first Lady Eagle to score 30 or more points in a game since Brooke Johnson dropped 39 points in the second round of the NCAA Tournament against Clayton State on March 12, 2005…Notched 28 points against Lincoln Memorial on Nov. 22 and posted 25 versus King (Tenn.) Nov. 16. The last time a Lady Eagle accomplished scored 25 or more in straight games was when Tatum Burstrom did so twice in Dec. 2013…Led the team in scoring 22 times, in rebounds 14 times and shot blocks 16 times.
2015-16 at Western Carolina (Freshman): Played in nine games at Western Carolina during the 2015-16 season where she averaged three points and 1.1 rebounds per game...Wester's best performance during the year was on Nov. 21, 2015 when she scored seven points going 3-for-6 from the floor with three rebounds in 17 minutes of action.
HIGH SCHOOL: Wester was an all-state selection her senior season by the Tennessee Sports Writers' Association at Cocke County High School where she tallied 1,762 points and a 20.6 points per game scoring average...She was a three-star prospect coming out of high school according to Prospects Nation, the leader for women's basketball recruiting.
PERSONAL: Her father, Wade, played basketball at Tennessee Tech and was an all-state selection at Cocke County in 1988 while her mother, Linda, was a dancer for the Golden Eagles.
