JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – It has been a change of pace for head coach Michael Graves and his squad in its 4-0 start to the season. Strong pitching and lockdown defense carried the Eagles to a pair of wins on Monday to close out the Big Region Preseason Preview.

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – The new crop of freshmen for Carson-Newman softball lived up to the expectations, delivering clutch plays in big moments. The Eagles improved to 2-0 behind a pair of one-run victories over Glenville State, 2-1, and Concord, 6-5. It was also a milestone day for head coach Michael Graves.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - After the cancellation of the Carson-Newman Classic, mixed with some more schedule tinkering, the waiting is finally over. Carson-Newman softball returns to the diamond tomorrow with a trip to Johnson City for the Big Region Season Preview, hosted by King University. The Eagles will face three teams from the Mountain East and one from Conference Carolinas to open the 2026 season.
