2017 (Freshman): Missed five matches with a concussion while playing in 26 contests…Had three matches with at least 10 kills including a season-high 13 against Francis Marion on Sept. 30 and at Lander on Oct. 13…Posted a season-high 21 digs against Tusculum on Sept. 26…Recorded five double-digit digs matches.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 New York state champion, Harnischfeger was named to the NYS Section V Class AA All-Tournament Team in 2014 and 2016. With 331 kills and 3.06 kills per set as a senior, she led the New York State Class AA Championship Team. The Macedon, N.Y. native was named the MaxPreps and American Volleyball Coaches' Association Player of the Week from Oct. 31 to Nov. 5, 2016. The outside hitter was invited to the USA Volleyball High Performance camp for three years and to the beach program in 2015. Her Penfield High School teammates named her a varsity captain for three years starting as a sophomore. Harnischfeger was placed on the top squad in 2016 by the Democrat and Chronicle All-Greater Rochester unit. The 2016 New York Scholar Athlete was on the honor roll for all four years of high school.
