Bio
2022 (Sophomore): Saw time on the floor in seven matches dishing out 36 assists... Made her season debut at No. 21 Wingate on Oct. 14 tallying a pair of digs... Earned the first start of her career against Augusta on Oct. 21 handing out 14 assists with eight digs and a service ace.
2021 (Freshman): Played in her first-career match, her lone outing of the year, in a sweep of UVA Wise on Sept. 25 handing out two assists and picking up one dig.
HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letter winner at Smoky Mountain High School and a two-time Mountain Six All-Conference Selection. Gamble was a Top WNC Player to Watch in 2020, along with being named the 2020 Mountain Six Conference Defensive Player of the Year. As a two-year captain, Gamble led the team to the first round of the playoffs twice. As a senior, she led the conference in service aces and piled up over 1,600 assists for her career. Academically, she is a member of the National Honors Society with a 4.4 GPA gradutating in the top five percent of her class. She is a member of the National USA Deaf Women's Volleyball Team.
Two cousins play collegiate sports. Mackenzie Gamble is a basketball player at Washburn and Luke Staten is on Toledo's football team.
