Bio
2023: Indoor - Jood contributed to a third-place 4x400-meter relay team at the Winter Classic. At the DII Indoor Track & Field Pre-Nationals, he finished 13th in the 400 in 50.55. He grabbed bronze in the event at the 2023 SAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in 49.28.
Outdoor - At the Trojan Opener, Jood ran a personal best in the 200 in 21.85 for a sixth-place finish. He won gold in the 400-meter dash at the Electric City Invitational in 47.33. At Georgia Tech, Jood placed eighth in the event in 47.87. He placed fifth in the 400 (48.01) and 4x400 (3:19.17) at the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. During the NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Jood became an All-American in the 400 with his eighth-place finish in 46.76.
