Bio
2025: Indoor - Placed second in pole vault at the VMI Team Challenge, clearing a height of 2.75m, set a new PR a week later at the Finn Pincus Invitational, where she cleared a height of 2.90m. She continued progressing with a 3.10m pole vault at the Liberty Open and reached the SAC Indoor Track and Field Championship, where she finished in ninth with a 2.87m pole vault.
Outdoor - In the outdoor season, Hefney set her PR in the pole vault, reaching 3.17m at the App State Open and placing second in the event. She made it to the SAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, she finished in eighth with a 3.00m pole vault.
