2023: Pearson appeared in seven games with two starts as a jack-of-all-trades back for C-N.  Pearson rushed 11 times for 77 yards on the season with a long carry of 22 yards at Erskine (Oct. 14). That was his most productive day on the ground when he tallied a season-high 33 yards rushing.  He caught two passes for nine yards as well and returned 11 kicks for 275 yards.  He had a long return of 34 yards at Limestone (Sep. 16).  He returned his only punt of the year seven yards against the Saints.  

2022: Pearson appeared in nine games with three starts at running back.  He ran the ball 10 times for five yards.  Pearson was most productive on kick and punt returns.  He had 11 punt returns for 32 yards with a long return of 10 yards.  He brought nine kickoffs back for 202 yards - a 22.4 yard per kick average.  He had a long return of 32 yards at Tusculum (Oct. 8). 

2021: In an injury-hampered campaign, Pearson appeared in six games with one start in Carson-Newman's backfield. He carried the ball 33 times for 143 yards and a touchdown.  He had his best game against Mars Hill when he tallied nine carrie for 51 yards and a score. His long rush of the year came at Tusculum when he tallied an 18-yard carry.  Pearson caught two passes for six yards. 

2020: Did not appear in the UVA Wise game during Carson-Newman's spring season. 

2019: Did not appear in any games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Pearson helped Eagles' Landing to four state championships in football and one for track.  

PERSONAL: The son Ron and Mary Pearson. He plans to study sports medicine at Carson-Newman.  He was a member of the Eagles' Landing honor roll.
