Lyons releases summer camp slate
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman men’s soccer coach Stephen Lyons has announced a week-long summer camp schedule that will comprise of four camps.

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman men's soccer coach Stephen Lyons has announced a week-long summer camp schedule that will comprise of four camps.
The week begins on June 21 with three camps starting that day for boys and girls, the first of these being the previously-announced goalkeeper camp hosted by the men's and women's teams for campers ages 10-18. The schedule for that camp is still set to be two and a half days from June 21-23 with a $200 camp fee. The first two days will last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with campers being asked to bring a packed lunch with them. The final day will go from 9 a.m. to noon. A mini camp will be available for boys and girls ages 4-6 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on June 21-24. This camp has a price tag of $75 per camper.
That same four-day period will include a youth camp for boys and girls ages 5-18. The price of that camp is set at $175. Each day will start at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. with lunch will not being provided for the day campers.
The week concludes with the summer ID camp on June 25 for middle and high school boys from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. For $80, campers will take part in a collegiate training session and evaluation games that give them a chance to improve their abilities and techniques while gaining insight on NCAA level coaching.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, campers are asked to bring a water bottle, wear a face mask and social distance. Spectators, including parents and families, are not permitted at any of the sessions.
