2015-16 (Senior): Made 19 starts in 29 games while averaging 9.2 points per game and 3.6 rebounds per night…Had 13 double-figure scoring nights…Went for a season-high 18 points at Coker on Feb. 27 shooting 6-for-7 from the floor

2014-15 (Junior): Made eight starts in 27 games played while averaging 12.8 minutes per night…Scored 5.9 points per night and collected 2.1 rebounds…Notched six double-figure scoring outings…Ranked fifth in the SAC in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.5)…Posted a career-high 21 points twice, February 18 at Anderson (seven rebounds) and versus Newberry (nine rebounds) on February 28…Dished out a career-best seven assists and played a career-high 30 minutes against Brevard on February 11…Scored at least 10 points in six of the final eight games of the season

2013-14 (Sophomore): Was one of seven players to compete in all 30 games with two starts as she averaged 14.1 minutes per game…Converted 30 of 39 (77 percent) free throws, the third best rate on the roster…Played double digit minutes in 25 of 30 games including a career high 26 minutes on November 26 at Mars Hill…Scored at least five points in 11 games with a career best performance coming against Brevard on January 15 as she went 7-for-10 from the floor to tally 20 points…Had five or more rebounds on four occasions including a career high 10 board against Lees-McRae on November 9

2012-13 (Palm Beach Atlantic): She averaged 8.8 points and 4.1 boards a game for the Sailfish while starting 24 of PBA's 25 games.  She put in a career high 19 points in a game at Shaw.  That contest finished off a three-game stretch where Peterson led Palm Beach Atlantic in scoring each game. 

High School: At Wilson Central High School, she landed on all-district, all-region and all-tournament teams en route to being named the Wildcats' Athlete of the Year.  She scored more than 1,000 points in her high school career and participated in the TCAT East-West All-Star Game. 

Personal: Peterson graduated high school with honors and is majoring in athletic training at Carson-Newman.  She is the daughter of Tim and Carrie Peterson. 

Head Coach Mike Mincey on Peterson: "She's a 5-10 shooting guard who can create off the dribble," Mincey said. "Her experience will be valuable coming in with the skill set that she has."
