Bio
2018: The first season at Carson-Newman saw Hughes play each of the 15 matches at the top position, culminating in a 1-14 record. She split time with Morgan Harlan and Summer Coulter.
Missouri Baptist: Hughes spent one season with the Spartans as a member of their indoor and beach volleyball teams. She placed third in the small colleges' tournament for beach volleyball. She also made the Dean's List for Spring and Fall 2017 while landing on the Academic Achievement list in the Fall 2016 semester.
'High School: Was ranked 11th in the CHRVA region for sand volleyball in 2015 and also qualified for USA Junior Beach Nationals in both 2015 and 2016. She graduated in 2016 as Magna Cum Laude after being a member of the National Honor Society her junior and senior years.
Personal: The Woodbridge, Va. native is the daughter of Anthony Hughes. She is majoring in Sports Management.
