2017-18: CSCAA Scholar All-America. Postma collected the Bluegrass Mountain Conference Swimmer of the Week for her performance at the UT Mid-Season Invitational against Division I talent.

2015-16: Two-time Honorable Mention All-American in the 200 and 400 Free Relay... Three-time All-BMC swimmer in the 50 Free, 200 Free Relay and 400 Free Relay... Member of the 200 and 400 Free Relays that reset the Carson-Newman record... Won 10 events during her debut season with three wins coming against the University of the Cumberlands and four wins in the 50 Free.
