YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. - Due to transportation issues for both programs, Carson-Newman and Young Harris have cancelled Friday night's first-ever meeting between the two schools. There will not be a make-up match scheduled.
The Eagles turn their focus to a Saturday afternoon matchup with Limestone inside of Holt Fieldhouse starting at 2 p.m. Each of the next seven affairs will feature South Atlantic Conference contests with three coming inside of Holt Fieldhouse. The teams are set to duel for the for the fifth time ever. C-N has won four of the five meetings including two sweeps during the spring campaign that included a win in the SAC Tournament Quarterfinals.
