Bio
2025 (Senior): Missing the first two games of the year, Kim went on to play in the next 14 games and start 13 of them in 2025. Her first career goal came in her first came of the year, scoring in a 5-0 win at King on Sept 10. The midfielder scored two more goals later in the year and they came in consecutive games. She scored on Oct 1st in a 2-2 draw with Emory & Henry, and then a week later, scored her third of the year in a 3-0 win over Young Harris. Her lone assist also came in the win over Young Harris. Her career-high seven-point season came on 14 shots, with six of them finding the target. Kim competed for 1,131 minutes, the third-most on the club. She gave C-N a full shift in four games.
2024 (Junior): Labeled many times as C-N's most improved player, Kim played in all 16 games and started all but one of them in her junior campaign. The midfielder was fifth in minutes played, totaling 1,108 in 16 games. Her first career point was an assist to Selina Jud in C-N's 1-1 tie with Limestone on Oct 6. She fired 11 shots, with four finding the target. She matched her career-high in shots (2) in two different apperances.
2023 (Sophomore): Made 17 apperances in her first year with C-N. Took five shots, one of which was on goal. Had two shots in a 2-0 win versus Bluefield State on Oct 18.
Prior to Carson-Newman: Kim transfers to Carson-Newman after a season with Roane State. The midfielder finished her high school career with 62 total goals and won district offensive player of the year in 2021-22. She was first team all-district and all-region, all four years of high school. Her goal scoring ability helped lead her team to the regional tournament in her junior and senior seasons.
