The selection comes after Dye went 11-of-14 (.785) at the plate, mashing three home runs and nine RBIs in C-N's four wins over Shorter and Southern Wesleyan. The senior picked up where she left off in the SAC-opening contests against Newberry, going 3-of-5 at the dish, plating six in C-N's doubleheader sweep over the Wolves.
Dye and the Eagles look to build on a six-game winning streak, welcoming in-state SAC foe Lincoln Memorial to The Vick on Saturday for a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m.
The games will be available on FloSports ($) with an audio-only stream at cneagles.com/live.
