Eagles Travel To Indianapolis For UIndy, Kenyon, and Nova Southeastern
Eagles swimming takes on nationally ranked UIndy, Kenyon, and Nova Southeastern for the first meet of the regular season.
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. – Carson-Newman kicks off the regular season with a road trip to the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center in Indianapolis, Ind., for a meet against UIndy, Kenyon, and Nova Southeastern this Saturday, Oct. 4, beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST.
After opening the year with the 10th annual Blue v. Orange World Championship and a rescheduled meet with Milligan, the Eagles look to officially begin the 2025-26 season with a fast start.
At the conclusion of the 2024-25 season, UIndy finished ranked No. 1, while Nova Southeastern was No. 4 in the CSCAA Division II women's poll. On the men's side, UIndy ended the year ranked No. 3, with Nova Southeastern at No. 10.
Carson-Newman wrapped up last season receiving votes on the men's side, closing the year ranked No. 27 nationally.
Looking to build off last season's success and a strong recruiting class brought in by head coach Ben Young and his staff, the Eagles aim to make a statement this weekend in Indianapolis.
C-N hops off the blocks at 11:00 a.m. this Saturday, Oct. 4th at the Ruth Lily Fitness Center in Indianapolis, Ind. in the face off with nationally ranked UIndy, Kenyon, and Nova Southeastern.
