With a 24-point win over Mars Hill on January 21st, 2026, head women's basketball coach Mike Mincey recorded his 300th career win. No coach in SAC history has more conference wins than Mincey and he is the second winningest coach in the conference's history with now 300 career wins, and obviously the most among active coaches in the league as well.
The Lady Eagles won their fifth road game of the year on Wednesday. On the road in the month of January, Carson-Newman is averaging more than 94 points per game.
